My concern is that well designed prosthetics could give a "disabled" athlete an advantage over one who is "not disabled".
For example, longer and more resilient blades replacing the lower leg may enable someone thus equipped to out run an athlete with normal legs because of the extra spring and rebound.
The design of the prosthetics allowed needs to be regulated.
