Plenty of people in the same situation. Can't argue with what he is saying. 41 years in the industry, it's a shame to lose people like that.

My opinion on this is the same. If you want it, then get it. If you don't then don't get it. The responsibility needs to to be on the person and the government doing it for you.

I am happy for those who chose not to get it to forfeit medicare if they do get it, personal responsibility.

Not 100% sure that's the same argument here. If that was the case then we have to start looking a those that do not get the flu shot as well to be striped of all Medicare benifits.

And of course these people are tax payers as well.

So went to a families place for our annual Christmas party with all the kids, 4 families an excellent evening had by all...

Got a message from the hosts this morning advising that their boy had been at OSHC on the Tuesday and one of the workers had covid.

So we are playing the waiting game now to see if anyone gets symptoms...

Youre not immune just because youre a nurse mate, you too are now immuno compromised. If youre lucky theyll make it quick. If it was up to me id be annoying the **** out of you with said banjos in your last hours

I think i may have had covid, ive had a runny nose, sore throat,fatigue and sneezing for the last 4 days. Fatigue could be from being a fat ****. other than that the symptoms could be from running the reverse cycle every night the last 3 or 4 days, but Nicola does assure me its covid

1, i want to be tested to confirm a positive case to tell all you bed wetters i didnt die and youre going to have to put up with me alot longer yet and
2, **** getting tested, not going to be a statistic for their agenda, could not give a **** in the slightest whether somebody else gets a sniffle or not. It never bothered me when flu was the no1 killer and it certainly doesnt bother me now. #Stay dry

Currently standing in a line with a thousand possibly Covid infected folk in 34 degree heat with no shade for 4hrs just to get a test that allows me to return to a state with bugger all cases just in case I catch Covid in the 48hrs I’m here for
