I think police charges have probably been laid because of his attitude. If he had have shown remorse and demonstrated that he was willing to face up to the consequences (ie return home to parents) he probably would have been let off with a "severe warning" but now that hes basking in his glory, getting job offers etc the police are obviously very annoyed and want to teach him some sort of lesson. In saying this though, these latest charges are quite serious so no doubt would have been laid anyway.

Whilst I think the kid is a prat of the highest order, I doubt the charges are the evil child porn that the charges sound like. More likely, some goose took a photo of some 15 year old girls jubblies and they are charging him to scare the life out of him (hope it works).

Not belittling what such photos may do/mean to the girl, but it would hardly be child porn in its sickest sense.

I also hope his old man is sharpening the toes of his shoes in preparation for putting them up the kids arse.

Turns out to be phone photos of semi-nude twister involving 14-16 year old girls. Whilst embarrassing (maybe?) for the girls, I'm unsure a child porn charge fits the crime - those sort of charges stick for life.

I guess it might depend what the kid intended doing with the pictures. Whilst the laws were no doubt originally intended to protect underage kids from some dirty old b*st*rd watching and taking pictures I'm fairly sure that with the use of networking sites the kid would have posted the pictures across the web. Of course his intentions may have been perfectly innocent...just my opinion (to keep the lawyers happy )

Needless to say, the guy nearly ended up wearing the hot dog he was eating like a bike seat !!! Lucky for him my kids were there !!!

The Royal Adelaide show....My advice, save your pennies and take the family up to the Gold Coast QLD. Take them to Dreamworld or Movieworld.
One all out fee to get in and unlimited rides all day. The kids will love it, i did and i'm over 50. The amount of money a typical family spends at the Adelaide show is ridiculous. I'll never go there again.
