The controller is nearest to me, one woman keeps changing it from the 22 that I have it set on, she bumped all the controllers up to 26 yesterday and wondered why everyone went boonta.

Melatonin is good for sleep.
IPA or other hoppy beers are also good.

Can make dreams really intense though, which unfortunately wakes me up so I don't get a decent sleep.
