You are right, it can be difficult in some cases, and shrinks' social ideologies, and societal pressures, come into play to in such unclear situations too.
The majority of people being assessed are obviously one or the other, but there are those borderline areas where you will get division among the experts.

Apparently the the mad bastard is still being evaluated during the trial, and can still be found insane. The problem might be he seems to be highly intelligent. Someone with a low iq could not have done what he did. I may have read it wrong, but is it true that if he is found guilty and sane, that he would only receive 21 years jail.

I don't think he's insane (I'm not qualified to judge though), I just think he has a very extreme-Right outlook on life and acted accordingly.

Norway "has a 21-year maximum sentence for all crimes", but "also has provision for indefinite detention".

I think you'll agree with me when I say just shoot him Q, yes? 8)

The same posters who delight in correcting me or anybody
Personally, the same ones who very very very very very very rarely agree with any posts I have made

Views and discussions on posts Ive made win draw or lose by other posters are fine by me
Ive been beaten pointlessly at times , and have accepted I was wrongggggggggggggggggg

But the things that really really really give me the crapps are the simple mistakes we invariably post at times that get ridiculed
The ones the pesticrappalists crack a stiffy over and ram it up you

For example
IF
someone posts

Phillips broke Callinans jaw
Dutchy the Eagles barracker
Shane Worn the greatest spinner ever

The above examples would obviously be errors made by someone
And they get rammed up the kyber over it

Wouldnt it be nice IF people private messaged that person, so the slip up could be corrected , instead of humiliating the poster ?
I know Ive PMed posters who have made boo boos
And some have PMed me when Ive made silly silly boo boos

As for those who delight in correcting me
Eyeved hadd enuf of ewe peepull !

Are you upset over making a factual mistake, or when people disagree with an opinion?

TSG
IF I post something opiniated, and someone disagrees thats fine
IF its always the same people who disagree with the opinion nearly all the of time, Im not fine

IF its someone that corrects me on an obvious boo boo thats not fine
IF its someone that always wants to correct me on an obvious boo boo thats infuriating

For example

If you say that :
""Brett Lee is not in the best 24 ODI bowlers Australia has ever produced"'
I will disagree, and objectively disagree with your post
If we slang each other for the next 6 months over our opinions, sobiet

If you say that :
"" Are Australian fast bowlers the most fragile in the history of the game?""
And I agree , then I objectively will agree with that post
If I have to agree with you, sobiet

Im proud to say, no matter who it is I will agree or disagree with anyones post

BUT

IF I post something like
WI is currently leading the current Test series v AU 1-0
Then someone will invariably correct me
And then a chorus of crappologists will make a mockery of the post
I then feel 2 inches tall, and my detractors would feel 18 feet tall
