The majority of people being assessed are obviously one or the other, but there are those borderline areas where you will get division among the experts.
Apparently the the mad bastard is still being evaluated during the trial, and can still be found insane. The problem might be he seems to be highly intelligent. Someone with a low iq could not have done what he did. I may have read it wrong, but is it true that if he is found guilty and sane, that he would only receive 21 years jail.
I don't think he's insane (I'm not qualified to judge though), I just think he has a very extreme-Right outlook on life and acted accordingly.
Norway "has a 21-year maximum sentence for all crimes", but "also has provision for indefinite detention".
I think you'll agree with me when I say just shoot him Q, yes?
