Why is it disgusting.

If you can create a product the world needs why shouldn't you profit from that.

Given how many doses they have sold to the world that sounds like a fairly small profit margin to be honest.

The problem is they created the problem to pedal their product. The vaccine came before the virus, youre kidding yourself if you think any different

Can you support this claim?

564 people in Victorian hospitals

115 in ICU

74 on ventilators

66% unvaccinated
27% partially vaccinated
7% fully vaccinated

In the week to Tuesday around 10,000 people contracted COVID in Victoria

79% unvaccinated
15% partially vaccinated
6% fully vaccinated

21% of people catching covid are partially or fully vaccinated.
Yet 34% of those on ventilators are partially or fully vaccinated.

34/21 = 1.62.

So for those that are fully or partially vaccinated, if you are unlucky enough to catch covid, you are 62% more likely to end up on a ventilator than if you didn't have the vaccine.

(Yes I acknowledge by being vaccinated you were less likely to catch it in the first place, and I also accept there is a delay from catching covid before you end up on said ventilator further distorting the stats, but meh, facts). ;)

You cant make that assumption based on those figures. They may be all unvaccinated.

Or they may all be vaccinated.

Will Australia become part of the trend like as in other countries like Israel Singapore England etc where now up to 70% of hospitalisations are the vaccinated ?

Excellent point. Excellent.

To lay your head on the pillow at night thinking anything other than health professionals having your best interests at heart is beyond misguided.

Sorry, I disagree.
It depends on what "your best interests" are and who is determining what those best interests are.
Goverments are quite happy to lose a few to save the masses. That may not be in your best interests.

I, for one, wouldn't trust SA Health with my best interests. Not because they're up to something Stalinistic - more I wouldn't trust them with organising my bathroom cabinet.

The main reason SA Health is protecting our best interests is because our health system is in no shape to protect our best interests if this thing takes off. And its not just here. Most states have massive ramping

One of if not the best health system in the world and it isn't good enough.

What it used to be i am still trying to get over the death of my brother its been 5 months cannot fault the Ambo staff they were brilliant 5 hours for an Ambulance to attend one hour and a half to stabilise him. RIP brother.

Disgusting hatred for all politicians from both sides of the aisle in 20 years they destroyed one of the best health system in the world.

Now you know why i would like to see some of these arseholes swinging in the breeze from the end of a rope.

Fatigue set in weeks ago here.

The only number anyone is watching anymore is the vaccine rate. Then what comrade Dan does when we hit 70% double dosed.

I would be interested to see the picture but to be honest when it comes down to changes into he taste of water there are a number of things that are actually very likely.

1. **** up at the treatment facilities getting the filtration process correct. There are a range rod things that can happen that can change the taste an colour of the water.

2. Change in the water source. In SA if you change from the Murray to Deal or Millbrook catchments this will all change the taste.

3. Less likely but weather conditions can change the water taste. The wind blow crap around or massive amounts of run offs can do this to a degree.

No-one wears masks in Darwin, Adelaide River on a croc cruise boat, Humpty Doo pub, Litchfield National Park, anywhere in Kununurra, El Questro,
why do we in SA have to wear one?

Listening to a running podcast recently about a few runners before the London Marathon and the common thing all the runners said was how things in London are just so different to anywhere in Australia right now.

Anyway ScMo looking at Nov 1 for international travel to return.

Because we are nearer to the reckless idiots in the major eastern states, NSW and VIC., and of course the feds.
Therefore we are more likely to get carriers bring it in over the border without us knowing in advance.
Qld is relatively more cautious than the others easterners, and provides the NT with something of a buffer.
Lower population density probably also helps.
