It's not too late to correct them, you've just got to keep reinforcing the correct English sounding

I agree with the "haitch" thing, it's bloody annoying.

HOWEVER....

I see how they can be correct.

When you use the letter "h" it's a "hu" sound, it's not silent when using it in everyday language, only when referring to the letter itself!

Trans Fegging Adelaide.

Have hardly stepped on a train for 6 months thanks to the Gawler line being torn up.

Had reason to head into town today, so went to catch the 8-oh-something this morning. Was standing room only, and the ticket machine was busted.

At Woodlands Park the platform was full of Tonsley line commuters waiting to board an already full train. Way to go Trains Aredelayed - replace a whole flipping line with shuttle buses to Woodlands, then don't add extra carriages on the Noarlunga line to compensate.

Had to stop at every stop on the way in, with commuters unable to board. The driver fired up the PA and asked the passengers by the door to tell people on platforms to wait for the next train coming.

Late in the evening, left the function I was at (with FREE BEER) early to make the 6.12 train. Got to the station at 6.08 to find that the 6.12 was now a 6.07 (and was pulling away as I gazed at the information monitors) and the next train was 6.33. Didn't get home until 7.

I get the feeling that the government is deliberately letting Trains Aredelayd mismanage the system and run it into the ground, in order to discourage punters from using the system and justify further cuts in a never-ending spiral of ineptitude.
