Did you get an email stating your Pay Pal sending and withdrawal limits have been increased?
I got one about a week or so ago but didn't think much of it as there has been no activity in my Pay Pal account or my credit card which is attached to the Pay Pal account.
I haven't even used my account for a while so thought it was a bit strange.

No emails. Just went to check our bank account and noticed all the money had been taken out of our account.
