nice work

ive done 2 european lagers, one was nice and smooth, the other a tad rough but can drink, and is better then west end.

have bottled a canadian blonde and another european lager last thurs/friday, so they should be in prime by mid-late january.

this weekend plan to brew up a stella kit and another european lager but with some finishing hops to add flavour and im also thinking of only filling it upto the 15 litre mark.

$7-$8 is good value when you consider the mix, sterilizing, caps, carb drops etc

It's my first one but I understand every main meal features fritz.
It's a social luncheon, apparently.

Went to a mates house last night to christen his 21st present that 20 of us chipped in for. It was the "Keginator". A beer fridge that holds 2 kegs and has 2 taps feeing from the top of it. Probably the best present i have ever been a part of giving anyone ever and the result......FREE BEER :D :) :D

I have only had one batch that had half of them that was no good and that was a James Squire golden Ale that we made from scratch. Not the beers fault as it was remarkably similar to the real thing but i stuffed up the lids on some of them  the horror, the horror.
Even the worst batch has been drinkable with all visitors happy to down "The Free Beer". I have one mate that swears i have re-bottled VB  .
One negative was on Saturday at the cricket i found it hard to justify the $7.50 for a cup that barely wets my forever dry whistle when the free beer is sitting patiently and loyally at home ;)

This weekend I'll be having free beer at Jamie Briggs' place, at his Christmas do.
And the following weekend at Isobel Redmond's.

My medical College also usually supplies a variety of exotic beers and wines, with the buffet before their clinical meetings.
(Funding usually provided by medical insurance groups or pharmaceutical companies.)
