This is what WE did when we had my mate's kid stay over. He wasn't doing anything he was told and refused to eat his dinner. Anyway, you know Giggle and Hoot, the kids program on ABC2? We've got a hand puppet of Hoot because Luke loves him. Well, Mr McSpaz got out the Hoot puppet and went up to my mate's kid going 'I'm Hoot! Eat your dinner!' The littl'un freaked out, going 'Scary! Scary!' and hiding his face, but MM didn't stop there, he bloody pegged Hoot at him and the kid shrieked 'SCARY!!!' and ran all the way up the hall. :lol: :lol: :lol: Evidently Giggle and Hoot don't appeal to all youngsters!

The point of this story is that when we retrieved the kid, he came and ate his dinner quite meekly - probably in terror of Hoot the owl making a comeback.

It being slightly damp this morning so I thought I would drive to work (I usually walk). Couldn't find the car keys or spare ones anywhere, so I rang the Mrs up. Turns out the keys are in the console of the other car which she has and the spares are in the console of the car I wanted to take! :? Had to walk and get wet. :twisted:

Going to a mates place to collect a carton of Crownies last night ( I know, it isnt that great, but footy bets are GOLD when you iwn them )only to arrive to see he has Hahn Super Dry for me!!

I took them, but sent him a txt on my way home....."Cheers for the beers, you still owe me a carton of Crownies!!...."
