sorry, i just assumed that you, like me, would leave work when work was over... unpaid overtime isnt good for anyone!

Get yourself on a salary then, no such thing as overtime. You do what you have to when you have to and the pay never changes.

I am on a salary. But my workload has drastically increased in the last month, and will increase again in another month or two.

They are trying to make me "more valuable to the company".
