Nice. My last two have been "un-negotiated" and have come out of the blue. With the industry and economy as it is at the moment, not expecting another one too soon.

Turns out now by the end of March I will be doing all of my current job, and all of the current GMs job, coz he's leaving and they arent replacing him.
But I dont get the GM title, and no extra money at this stage....
