Mine are Adidas - in St Kilda colours with flashes of silver..
I couldn't get the ones that were best for my pronation in my preferred more subtle colours - but they are good despite that.

Adidas aren't any good for any type of pronator as they don't have arch support.

Nor does Reebok.

Nike used to be really good like that but now they're crap too.

So Asics and New Balance (provided they have the stability thing) it is

My previous ones were New Balance, but they didn't feel as good as these - I had them fitted at an Athlete's Foot outlet in Melbourne.
I thought the issue was pronation but perhaps I'm wrong there. It was just after my wife died and I was a bit pre-occupied.

Managing to avoid switching on the central heating for just over a month longer that normal...but waking up to 3C outside and 12C indoors made me give in. Should still make a bit of a dent in the next electric bill :D

Sounds like a morning in the Dandenong Ranges to me.
Here in the Adelaide Hills, in Spring, it is expected to reach 29C today - I think 33C is predicted for Adelaide itself.
But this morning it was 11C inside when I woke up at 6.30am so the heating is on.
It will probably be OK to turn it off by about 8am.

True, in winter it was sometimes still only 6C outside at 9.30am when I left for work, and there were several days a year when it snowed intermittently all day.
However, we had hydronic heating there and I had it set to maintain a minumum of 11C overnight and 18C during the day.
I've adapted back to my old Adelaide trained internal thermostat since moving back here this year, and tend to shoot for 19C or 20C indoors now.
It is 22C inside the house right now with no heating or cooling running, and 29C outside.
[The house has been closed all morning - I just got back from a function at Monarto.]

19C here at 7.20 am, inside. 20.5C an hour later.
The local prediction for today 31C which probably means about 35C down on the plains.
