Boon, did you stop to think that might be the reason they only go once a year?

Yep, they barrack for Centrals. ;)

Booney that is classic. Top work

I agree so many people i know (mainly PA 'supporters' are the ones that winge (no dig intended)) i personally have no problems with it and will go and watch AFC anywhere and in any weather.

Yep, I agree. I'll be there tonight. I'll wear a jacket to keep me warm, park in the same spot I have been parking for the best part of 15 years, walk in the 1200-1500m from my spot and walk out after the game to my car. Not that hard* I wouldn't have thought.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

I wouldn't call FP a dump at all. It's adequate.

It's fair to say that we could do a damn sight better though.

Agreed!

Unfortunately we have compromised and will ruin Adelaide Oval forever. With our new toilet seat oval Jerry Seinfeld will have to retract his "Melbourne the @rsehole of the world" comments.

I'm one of those people who goes once a year, as a supporter of a Victorian team, and I'm not a fan at all. Would much rather watch Richmond at Adelaide Oval than AAMI Stadium anyday, I only go because I rarely have the opportunity to see them live. If I was a Crows or Port supporter, having AAMI as a home ground would put me off going every second week.

Should have blown the joint up years ago. Don't go that far on my holidays. I'm just grumpy because Geelong only won one out 20 there at one stage GRRR.

With the amount of BS being sprouted around the place by disgruntled NO voters, this design is probably quite appropriate.

Hopefully they'll install a good flush in it so they can wash away some of the angry little stains that will no doubt continue to cling to the bowl.

Been doing the same thing for 13 years going on 14 this year. BBQ before hand and beer after waiting for the traffic to clear a bit. We will do the same thing at AO when we move there.

Hearing a prominently known teacher, addressing a national conference on ABC TV, saying that all those descriptive words ending in ...ly - like quickly, soundly, prominently etc - were adjectives. They describe verbs not nouns - that makes them adverbs!

And it was clear he didn't do it deliberately to test his audience, as teachers often claim in class when caught out.

I thought I had tipped them and when I saw the score I thought Yippee. Then I checked and I'd tipped Brisbane. :(

Keep at them. Write letters. If that fails, tell them she was pregnant/mentally ill. Works for me. (I was actually telling the truth but it did help me get the fine waived, and I didn't even have a permit.)
