If the rumours are true, that our Police Commissioner has taken the edge off some of the mooted lockdown plans, then thankfully we have a voice of moderation in there somewhere.

The threat of this virus has seriously diminished, people are not even getting seriously ill any more, the Delta variants main symptom is a runny nose, who wouldve thought someone would have a runny nose in Australia in winter.

The action taken by all State goverrnments does not match the threat.

Ill say it again, they must keep up this scare campaign as they need the SoE to be able to administer the vaccine, it is only approved for experimental use in a SoE.

Tide is turning in the media, they are starting to ask genuinely tough question now......compared to the fluff on previous occasions.

Some of these decisions defy logic. Then again, we're not doctors.

I’m sure they flipped a coin to see if we had a lockdown today.

Apparently Marshall and Spurrier wanted a lock down, hence the bit of information that got out that we were going into lockdown.

The recent trend has been get the football clubs out then announce a lockdown
