My wife has decided that she wants to get dual citizenship. I rate that.
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.

I don't think she'd ever give up her original citizenship, but she's become pretty Aussie-fied since she got here.

Made a decision to get fitter over the summer. Me and a mate did our first run tonight.

10.6kms in 52:21 along the beachfront from NHFC to Bower Rd and back.

I think thats a pretty good start. Our original goal was to be able to make it to West Lakes and back in a single run by January, but we started stronger than we thought, so it will probably be sooner.

We use the Strava app to document it so we could see our stats.

Good on you, mate. I'm currently working at getting myself back to the gym, and hope to complement this with a diet, but don't know how to lose weight quickly.

Nah I dont know what happened there. My mates ones more accurate, even though we were running together. It looks like there were dead spots along the way as well.

Yeah Im 25. Finished footy training about 4 weeks ago and done no exercise at all, so thought Id stuggle.

Im in a bit of pain at the moment. But by time footy rolls around again, I should be ahead of the pack.
