Yeah, you do need to dig...and dig quick. The mud's rising around you. He hasn't said you're defending them. He's commenting on your 'knowledge' of the situation as compared to the system by which police operate.

I was actually told about the situation by someone that was actually there.

Well unless it's a cop who told you and would have done a statement, I suggest you ring crime stoppers on 1800333000 to supply the details of the person who has witnessed a crime in progress.

Hate to see you getting a knock on the door for an impede investigation or attempting to pervert the course of justice charge ;)

and what's that system do what suits the cop best. I see the cops in the whitmore square didn't have a problem doing there job. They used mace and there battons to stop a crime in progress. or is it that because these guys where bikies there untouchable?

Well, I'm sure you know better than everyone.

By the way, does the person you know who was there also know if the cops outside were told to let the guys through by those inside? Would be a pretty handy charge to have up the sleeve if, perhaps, the cops wanted to bring them in for questioning on another matter...

And look where it gets the whitmore cops, up on excessive force investigation. Dammed if they do, dammed if they dont. Would suck to be a cop these days, 20 years ago maybe but not now. They get very little support from the higher ranks, very little respect from the public and terrible shift structure

The associate called the police. He didn't get arrested. He didn't attack the police.
