Soccer should never appear in a "most boring sport" poll, it is a mere recreational pursuit not worthy of the term "sport".
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

It's more entertaining than watching 22 blokes work out for 90 minutes how many ways they can pass the ball backwards and sideways, before making a brief rush forward that usually results in one of them hurling themselves to the ground as if hit by space junk.

Also one of those more unusual sports where a high number of spectators, both seasoned and casual, can't fully understand one of the major rules (offside).
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

Maybe.

That said, if the respective broadcaster ever replaced the A-League with a Seagulls and Chips League I might be a more regular viewer. ;)

you can certainly tell this is a AFL forum.

You all seem to want every sport to be like yours with stupid amounts of goals. Why does every sport in the world need to be like having one team score 20 goals and the other team score 5?????? wheres the fun in losing by 100 plus points??? . You all cant tell me theres fun in watching your team lose by 100 plus points???

A goal is a goal, not oh heres a point/behind (whatever its called) for missing it....

There is no fun in that, but its pretty fun seeing your team win by 100 plus.

There is no fun though in watching your team participate in multiple scoreless draws throughout the season.

i never said it was a fun game watching a nil all draw.

They cancel each other out.Nil all draws and losing by 100 points

What i am saying is none, none of the AFL/SANFL supporters on here can tell me where the fun in watching your team lose by 100 points, yet im told that AFL/SANFL is the bees knees of all sports and is the best sport in the world in a way?? If so, why is it not a WORLD sport??

There would be heaps more draws in a soccer season than there would be 100 point losses in an Aussie Rules season.
