It's sadder when pollies toe the party line instead of catering to the interests of the immediate people who elected them.

If I ever lived in Townsville (very unlikely) and was inclined to vote formally (bordering on fantasy) then I'd vote for Bob Katter. He might be a raving looney, but he'd be my local raving looney, and preferable to any Labor/Liberal party stooge.

One only hopes that the lawmakers have the brains to realise that to look after one's own backyard it is necessary to look over the fence once in a while...

Thoughts are with those that knew the lad Valleys... That is a more appropriate thing for this thread than big dicked dummies and Bob Katter... :(

Thanks MP, the boys rallied tonight at the club for a few beers, showed just how many blokes respected him and how united we are as a footy club, jeez the funeral is going to be pretty sad :(

New group on facebook, designed towards younger people in my town:
"There's a whale at Port Lincoln High School."

There talking about an overweight school kid, and with 99% of high school age kids having facebook, it's only a matter of time before the person it is aimed at sees it.

Makes me angry at the thoughtless knobs in the world.

Report it to Facebook admin MP - and the school if you feel strongly enough about it. Internet bullying is now taken very seriously and they will act if made aware of it.

That stuff is not on.
