Luckily both of them are fine and the Rat Sack was "brought up"by the little one and the boy had not eaten any.
Not a nice way to spend a fine sunny day....
I'm glad they're OK, Booney.

The vet informed us that the active ingredient in the Rat Sack takes at least 48 hours to have any impact. If you are unaware of the ingestion time or indeed if it happened at all the dog may not show signs of the poisin for up to a week! At this point lethargy sets in, internal bleeding may occur and thats bad news. At this point the dog can be given an antidote and will most likely survive.
Luckily we knew exactly when and what was eaten so the dogs could be treated, the vet expects very little if no ill effects other than them being a little flat tonight after their day today.

Kids were a bit upset for a while and the dogs will be fine ....phew.

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
