Looks like we agree on most things here Phil, but the religion issue. From all the literature that has been presented before me that it is a religous crusade carried out by by a certain influential faith which have a strong presence in the US and may hold powerful positions within the Administration setup.

Punkys on to it they seem to have this percieved squeaky clean image . These blokes even made cash by the bucket load in government contracts to clean up the mess.

Oh it's all about religion now, Heater. I agree. But at the start it was the Yanks trying to shove their values down everyone else's throats - and I'm talking about capitalism and the myth of freedom (as per the Yaks freedom of speech as an example). That's not religion at all.

Thats how the yanks marketed it to the world when the religous nutcases wanted the muslims of their backs. Throughout the history of time there have been religous crusades over many centuries but this one is more complicated with using the military might of the most powerful nation in the world.
