Dunno, I didn't have an interpreter handy when I was talking to the insurance CS rep.

I asked if they had photo evidence at it sounded like they have, I've witnessed a couple of drive offs in carpaprks and I take a photo of both cars.

"Can you please give a statement as to what happened?"
"No, it isn't my car"
"We have photo's proving that your car was there"
"Well send them to me as my car wasn't there"
"We will, I'll just get the witnesses consent along with their statement and send it all through together"
"Na, save yourself some time and just send the photo's through now, what colour is the offending car?"
"White"
"Well you're shit outta luck as my car is grey"
"Oh really? What make"
"Corolla"
"Oh, this is a white Isuzu"
"Well there you go, you're wasting your time and mine and not to mention the stress you put me under"
"Sorry sir, we will end this call now and remove you're name from the investigation"

In this day and age any banana can check a vehicles make/model/colour via a registration check, wouldn't you think that would be the first thing they'd do upon me contesting?

Even the chick today had me marked as guilty right from the outset, and I was as polite as possible.
