I’ve been eating a lot of

Iceberg Lettuce shredded
Olives
Sundried tomatoes (little of the oil as a dressing
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Jalapeño
Shredded Cheese
Beetroot

Plus some sort meat if we have leftovers. Ends up a little like those bowls you get from the Asian ba mien takeaways.

Pork belly with Hoi sin is my favorite

I prefer green ones.

My recess every day is a combo of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mango, watermelon, rockmelon and gapes. I put a big dollop of yoghurt on the top, sprinkle some granola on it then top it off with a drizzle of honey.

All fruit purchased from Virgara F&V at Angle Vale.

I rotate my lunches week by week as I prepare them Sundays.

Week 1: Prawn salad: Cherry toms. cucumber, corn, baby spinach, beetroot and avo.
Week 2: Chicken with steamed broccoli, sweet potato, pumpkin, corn, cauliflower, carrot and cabbage.

We have Cold Roll Friday every week to mix it up a bit.

I'm trying to be healthy.

We are trying to save for a family holiday end of the year, so my mrs has been packing my lunch every day - i get a salad with some chicken in it.. then get a stack of snacks - couple of pieces of fruit, some grapes, a nature grain bar, yoghurt and two eggs.

Loving life, happy as a pig in mud.
