Tassie it's the best hangover cure known to mankind...especially if you've been on the 'Whiskey Trail' over here on the east coast. A full Scottish breakfast is plate of bacon, sausage, eggs, black pudding (blood sausage) and potato scone, a bowl of porridge either savoury (with salt) which is the proper way or sweet (with sugar) and then either kippers (hot smoked herring) or Arbroath Smokies (smoked haddock), oatcakes (kind of biscuits) or a buttery (bit like a coissant).
