Never in my life before have I wanted to cut a limb off more than last night :shock:

Approaching 12 months since I had an ankle reconstruction on the same leg. That fixed my ankle and Achilles issues but left me with plantar fasciitis and hip issues.

Don't know if I need a physiotherapist, chiropractor or surgeon :oops:

OUCH!!! Very annoying...

Recommend going to a physio and try and get dry needling., and also getting a 600ml water bottle freeze it and use it to roll on your feet.

Yep got that going plus a golf ball at work. Very painful and had work colleagues look at me funny when sitting at my desk almost in tears when using it.

Sounds like you might have strength issues from the reconstruction causing tendonitis and/or bursitis in the hip. I would do some glute strength work, i.e. lunges, walking lunges, squats etc.

Sounds like you may have some tendinitis/bursitis from the reconstruction.

I think you may need to retire from all sports and just guzzle shit loads of beer.

Maybe get some orthotics to stop the foot hurting.

If there was no foot problems before the ankle recon, then orthotics shouldn't be needed.
best bet is to see a physio and they will assess you

I've had issues with this leg for probably the best part of 15 years.

Trying to manage it until the cricket off season as this time last year I was booked in for the knife on the ankle. At least this time some flexall allows me to sleep!

Certain apps not being available just because of your location.

I want sports streaming services on my PS4, so I dont need to hook my laptop up to the TV every time I want to watch anything.

Went onto the PSN Store without logging in, and the NHL one was there. Went to put it in my cart and it asked for my log in details. Logged in, app disappears. All because I have an Australian PSN ID.

What a load of f**kin shit. I was just about to pay for the subscription too, so they've lost that. I don't understand why they won't make it available to people that need it most.

Its also amusing that NHL GameCentre Live is unavailable in Canada. Even though there are 7 Canadian teams in the NHL.

Apple tv is what you need. NFL, UFC, MLB, WWE, NBA, NHL and Cricket. Only need to pay the subscription fee for each service.

Origin Energy.
Over 2 years ago I was receiving bills for a property in Vic. As they had merged my name with another bloke.
Went to the ombudsman and was all sorted and a credit was sent my way.
12 months later I called to say I hadn't seen a bill and was informed they were using up my credit.
2 weeks ago I got a letter saying no one is registered at my address.
I have now received a bill for $4K as a back dated bill to the day I connected.

I have also found out that they can only back bill when it's their fault 9 months.
Ombudsman here I come.

Hahahaha, that is a manbun. My brother has long hair which he's had for ages and actually looks more respectable with his hair in a man bun. On the other hand I saw a guy at work with a man bun and it looked god awful lol.
