Went about 3 months ago after people telling us it was great.
IMO it ain't - service was slow, food average.
My missus' meal was ok though, might have been an "off" night.

Parliamentos? I thought that got knocked down. It used to be a favourite brekky spot back in the day after a hard night of pouring beers at Jules

Shows how long since I've been in that part of town

Correct. Was closed whilst they constructed the "Urban Nest" student accommodation above it. Has been renovated/refurbed and is now re-open.

Currently at Spice N Ice on St Vincent St, Port Adelaide.

Just ordered, so haven't tasted anything yet, but the beer and wine list is massive. Trying Steinlager Classic from New Zealand. Not bad at all.

Will update upon consumption of my Saag Lamb.

Had lunch at the Oxford today, Salt and Pepper Squid. Pretty good 7.5/10.

Over cooked chips lowered the score but very tasty and decent portion.

Spice N Ice was very nice.

They serve it up in bowls and an empty plate each, so you can share all the different mains. The garlic naan bread is awesome too.

For 2 mains, 1 serve of garlic naan bread, 1 serve of rice, 1 serve of poppadums, a wine and a beer all came to about $60.

It's just across the bridge from our new place, so I can foresee some frequent trips to this place, until we overdo it and get sick of it.

St Vincent St, Pt Adelaide.

Just moved back to the area, so we're discovering all the nice places to eat.

Yes mate, there is. Sullys Cafe on Semaphore Road is fantastic. Their breakfast menu is all gold, we often walk down on a Sunday to devour something.
