My old man did a ginger beer in about Oct 2010. I had it in the bottom of the fridge since about Dec 2010 and opened it just this month. It's gold!

just purchased 3 more coopers european kits


the homebrew i got at the moment is the Mangrove Jacks - grolsch style and that was bottled over the australian day weekend and with time it really does clear out and improve with taste :D
