Correct.. unless he pled guilty to 3 counts...

Or is it still alleged until he is convicted?

I'm a lawyer defending a major record company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberatin' and conjugatin' the Emancipation Proclamation, does it make sense? No! Bayley has only admitted one count of rape. He has entered pleas of Not Guilty to the remaining two counts of Rape and the charge of murder

They tracked his phone to the grave site FFS.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

You are right technically. What it regularly translates to (in a general sense and not necessarily in this case) is that a large number of attacks result in the perpetrator going for oral and anal penetration as well as vaginal, hence three separate charges

You would think so. In SA we have'felony murder', not sure about Vic. Don't know the allegations of how he was meant to kill her but you would think this section would cover it. http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/sa/c ... /s12a.html
