I recently got married indoors at the lakes resort hotel, using the banquet room for the ceremony with the lake as a backdrop. Found the location central for most of our guests and the service was excellent.
As for Rotunda's, there are a few around (unsure of council restrictions etc). Elder park, walkerville, norwood and linear reserve (hope valley) are some off the top of my head.

My brother got married at the Botanic Gardens. Good venue. Ceremony, photos and the reception all at the same spot. No awkward wait between the ceremony and reception.
