Has anyone ever been to one? They have one in Horsham and it's like a big Cheap as Chips in terms of they don't sell brand name stuff, which is why it's probably cheaper.
I went into one in Melbourne in the Ferntree Gully area a few times out of curiosity.
I didn't see anything I wanted to buy - I'm resistant to Chilean orange juice and the like.

Aldi have stated that they have no plans to have any stores in South Australia in the forseeable future so the closest one you can go to is just over the Victorian Border in Portland

Brucetiki, the Drake Foodlands (except K.I. but most things are dearer over there because of transport costs) I have been into are certainly no dearer than Woolworths or Coles in my experience, they just don't have a few super duper specials to get you into the store like the big two.

As a bit of an aside, people who regurlarly go to the Foodland in Mount Barker would know that they've been selling bread for a dollar for the last ten years at least.
