I try not to eat it often (usually only when I have a few drinks in town) but I definitely prefer Hungry Jacks over Maccas.

HJ's for me their burgers have a lot more taste than maccas ones but the only bad thing about HJ's is the fries are crap.

Hungry Jacks for mine shits all over McDonalds. HJ's burgers somewhat approach real burgers where as Maccas is just microwaved crap although I did try some breakfast wrap type thingy from them not that long ago and it was very tasty but other than that, meh.

I think you'll find a very high percentage of HJ's food is microwaved.

Okay I just don't remember seeing too many microwaves when I worked at one back in the day.

One thing about Hungry Jacks' latest promos - those rabbits are some of the nastiest looking rabbits I've ever seen. Look almost murderous with those eyes :)

I worked at Buttercup back in 1997, we made the buns for both companies. Maccas buns contain massive amounts of fat & sugar, whereas HJ's had no fat & not as much sugar. Also, when making the buns for Maccas, we put a little white powder in, with no name, just some numbers & letters. It used to make my nose bleed, so I had to wear a mask. Good hey! And you lot eat it.

The Para Hills McDonalds has a multi-lane drive through. I don't see a point as there's still only one clown serving both boxes and you end up merging back into one lane to collect your 'order', which actually makes the drive thru trek longer!
