Come on, Annie, think of something clever to say, huh? Something full of magic, religion, bullshit. Come on, dazzle me.
Aceman if you think they'll work for you give 'em a go... But no one will ever determine the mechanism behind why they "work"...

It looks like a small self-adhesive paper rectangle. You place it on your wrist over your pulse.
Built into the paper device is an engram and nano-circuitry, which responds to your pulse and amplifies the energy giving you great sexual and intellectual stamina.
They are only $500 each which is cheap for such a wonderful product.
The Australian model is cleverly disguised as a local postal stamp so that no one will know you are using an artificial device to boost your prowess.

CD, I was taking the micky, and trying to be as far-fetched and ridiculous as the "power bracelet"..Clever Dick wrote:For someone who professes to be such a learned person, your imagination is so far fetched it's ridiculous.Psyber wrote:I've realised there is a market for my latest invention.

I didn't think it would need explaining - it seemed ridiculously obvious that I was describing actual postage stamps.
Learning skills and imagination tend to go together, by the way.

But he seemed to think being apparently "learned" and having an imagination capable of far fetched ideas were somehow incompatible or even opposites...![]()
Or, perhaps people who "profess" learnedness are supposed to be stolid and unimaginative, and maintain an air of earnestness as part of their image?

As I thought.
Well if you bought one and you are short of cash over Christmas maybe you can get some money for an extra slab of beer given what the ACCC have ordered the company that make Power Bands to do....
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has ordered Power Balance Australia to refund all customers who feel they were misled by the supposed benefits of Power Balance bracelets.
Not a bad fashion accessory though for the late noughties
