I work in IT for a radio station. The IT part is boring but the environment is great fun.

I'm a checkout chump at Target... it wasn't always like that though, I used to work as a salesperson at The Good Guys until the bastards got rid of me for not making them enough dosh. :x :evil:

I'm amazed/impressed that so many people have been honest on this thread. In my experience in many many forums on the internet so many people lie or avoid questions like this one but this forum seems to have such a good vibe that people are prepared to be honest.

i'm an aboriginal education worker at a high school. basically i assist and support aboriginal students. also picked up some hours as a SSO this year. basically same job as the AEW but with the special kids. in april of this year i picked up a cadetship with the office of liquor and gambling commissioner. and finally i am 1/2 way through a politics degree. :)

I work as an archaeologist/cultural heritage officer for an Adelaide based University. Studied at uni for 7 years before getting my foot in the door tho!! May sound glamorous with all the Indiana Jones tripe, but it isn't!! Digging holes for 7 hours in 40 degree weather with the nearest town 100km away destroys any illusions :shock:

Formerly worked in Aboriginal Heritage for a State Government Department. Also work at WEA as a Lecturer in History.

However as a Doggies fan, I'm prepared for instant Centrelink jokes :lol:

Maintenance Fitter and Turner at Mitsubishi, working in body build area repairing welding equipment and jigs. Quite boring but pays not bad for the work I dont really do. :lol:

I work at RAA insurance, it pays the mortgage! Also work in the downstairs members bar at footy park (no, u cant have free beer if u come and see me)
