The Bedge wrote:The health and lifestyle coordinator at work suggested I try intermittent fasting - so effectively only eat within a 6hr window each day.. too hard for me, so I am trying a 2-5 fasting where for two days a week I limit my calories to 500, so basically breakfast and dinner with as much water and black coffee/tea in between and the other 5 days I can pretty well eat what I like (in moderation of course).
I dropped just under 8kg leading up to Xmas - too scared to jump on the scales and find out how bad I’ve been.

They have definitely got a formula that works! Also I think it helps if the trainers are a good bunch also.cracka wrote:heater31 wrote:Joined that cult gym F45 about 6 months ago.....about to go and purchase my 3rd new collection of clothes [emoji849] still have a bit to go to reach peak condition....
The wife and I joined the Mt Barker F45 in December 2017 (because our son is one of the trainers). Dropped 20kg before December last year but put 7 back on over the festive season.
