Workout Tonight

I'm going to the gym tonight to workout with the wife, we are going to concentrate on core and abs and will probably hit a treadmill or bike as a warm up and small calorie burn.
The wife is only new to the 'gym scene' and is average fitness.
We have 45 minutes to work out.
What we be a good session which I could do with her.
