I've had a very good couple of weeks on the training track despite having my usual knee problems. I am doing a lot of running lately, four times a week I run for 30 minutes. I do 3-4.5 km every time I do a run. I also adhere to a Calorie counting regime as set out by the site Calorie King which has really helped me.

My weight as of this morning is 81.5 kg. I've been training my arse off and have finally gotten some reward.

Cheers mally. I would advise however that you don't ban yourself. You would be cutting yourself off from a possible source of support.

Instead, ban these

Beer. Get on the Hahn Super Dry. Low carb beer and not bad either. Just watch out for man blading.

Pizza. Tastes great but is seriously evil. I've had it about three times in the last two years. A regrettable but necessary parting of the ways.

White Bread. Might as well have cake mate. Go Brown and get it down.

Sugar. Get rid of much of it as you can.

Keep it simple. Less calories and more exercise and make it a part of your lifestyle. Unfortunately, there are no short cuts.

regards,
