So Im gunna have to do it with food management

Dried figs/water/pistacchio nuts/herbs
Green tea
LUNCH
Lamb yiros/water
Potato chips
DINNER
Chicken [fried] coleslaw
Camomile/Valerian tea
By about Monday next week it will be a full on food managment
