82.8kg at the start of the month, now 80.7kg. If not for the lazy month of exercise it would have been lower.

I've lost a few kilos through:
-drinking coffee without sugar.
-exercising (walking, jogging, exercise bike, etc) for 45 minutes to an hour for at least 5 times a week.
-eating lots of meals with rice, eg curries, stir fries.
-eating no sweet stuff or snacks at all, except for fruit.
-drinking no soft drink.
-cutting down a bit on alcohol consumption.
-not eating much bread.
-not eating fried foods like sausages.
-no fast food.

By christmas eve when that particular challange finished i was 99kg and walked the same track in 56 minutes. healthy eating and exercise was the order of the day

todays 1st 8k brisk walk took 1 hour 8 minutes :D
