Yep, they reckon the start of a diet is the easiest time as you lose a lot of fluids, still losing weight but at a much slower pace now.
Happy with that though as it included 2 nights at Norwood Oval and 2 nights in Brisbane when I temporary went off the rails.
Didn't do any exercise as had a crook back too!
Its amazing what a diet of bird seed can do to a metabolism that's used to about 100g of fat and a few beers ever day!

just letting you all know that weigh in is tomorrow and having tasted pilkos pasties sat night at the trots for the 1st time in 20 odd years, the 10 i bought didnt make it back to the ACT :shock: :roll:

After losing 20kgs in just over 2 months I think I'll stick to my own advice thanks Punk. :wink:

The diet I follow is low fat only, its all thats required. All that mumbo jumbo modern carb stuff is crap. Hardly exercised too and I lose weight much quicker when I exercise.

87 this month. Heading back in the right direction. My BMI is still 28. The BMI sucks shit, it reckons I should weigh just under 79 kilos. I don't want to be a fecking supermodel FFS!
