Give it a go mate. I was stuck around the same mark but took two kilos off in the first couple of weeks. Put a back on over Easter like most of us but now heading in the right direction again. Once you start compiling a food diary and think about how hard the training is you think twice about that 'evil' foodstuff that is nailing you to the early nineties. I've got my fingers crossed to go under 90 for the first time in decades hopefully next week.

cheers REB, now comes the hard part, I can do the first 10kg easily which probably proves how overweight I am at the start then it is slow going, my main problem is I lose motiviation and start to have a couple of extra beers through the week or bigger meals so I just have to work hard at it. For your info I was using the weight watchers system of points, only allowed to have a certain amount of points each day and every piece of food has a point value, it works for me and I didnt have to go to any meetings :lol: I could imagine getting stuck with Marjorie from Little Britain :lol:

and good luck with getting under 90 8)

Have done nothing for the past ten days after knee-op, so cant be too unhappy with any decrease (even if it couldnt be smaller)
