Dutchy says he is a surfer, what do you surf on mate a dinghy?

Hit the weights boys, do lifts using large and as many muscle groups as possible. Find something heavy in the shed and just lift it. Haven't read through the thread but people who go jogging(especially big guys) are asking to get sore and walking just doesn't cut it after a while.

Lads, if it helps any, I can honestly say, the "Body For Life" diet is one I've seen mates go on, and the results have been the same in all of them ... They've all had to stop well before the 12 week deadline because they lost too much weight!!

Most of them were guys I wouldn't have called overweight before they even commenced either ... Trust me, it works if your serious about burning the flab.

yes & no- I've been restricted in my training due to shin soreness.
I started my pre-season back in October though by myself.
Since January, I've improved my diet by 15 lengths- I try to keep Carb's & sugars to a bare minimum, stick to foods high in protein.

93.6 - Two months and I've dropped 1400g. Either need more exercise (hate running) or less alcohol / chocolate. Neither prospect is appealing.
