94.7.

Dropped a grand total of 300 grams for the month. Not sure whether I'm pleased to get through the holiday month of January with still a loss when it's easy to laze around a lot (had three massive days on the drink it must be said in that month) or disappointed that I tried my best for 85 pct of the time with the on-going 25-year chocolate problem and ran a hell of a lot up until the last six days (when only got in the runners once).

I've been watching this since it started and I'm going to ask the hard question. You lot were a lot more serious about this when you started however long back than you are now. What has happened? Have you forgotten the reasons you started it? Do you need to revisit them?

This is not sticking the boot in but I'm at the stage where I cross my fingers each month, hoping against hope. I shouldn't be saying this because I weigh next to nothing I know, but I admired you so much for starting this.

Let's get on with it now. It's your health and wellbeing we're concerned about.

I hover between 75 and 77, depending on how much work I have on (more work = less exercise). Haven't fallen off, just running my own personal wagon.

Well said MK...I've been keeping a sneaky eye on how the boys are doing too and I was really impressed that they were making an effort to change. OK maybe some were having more success than others but at least they all seemed to have the guts ( no pun intended) to own up when they took a step backwards as well as proudly announcing the losses too.

For any of you that have hit the weightloss wall ie you've reached a certain weight and just can't seem to get passed it...DON'T GIVE UP. I have just spent weeks stuck at the same weight and tried eveything...more exercise, less food...nothing worked and then last week the weight started to drop again so hang in there...you can do it...just be patient.

Regards
JAS
