Hmmm, not good, 8kgs in 12 months.

Only good thing is I live to one extreme or the other, ie I drink, smoke, don't exercise and eat the wrong foods (like I have for the last 12 months obviously) or I hardly drink, don't smoke, exercise and eat well, I think its time for Slob Wedgie to change to Fitness Wedgie. :?

Can't believe that weight of the Wedgie, doesnt look that heavy unless he went on a splurge after footy season :D

Im pretty lucky as Ive always had a huge chest/frame and being 6 foot 2 Ive managed to conceal it well, Im past that now though. :(

I hadn't seen the parents in law for 12 months and they said I'd lost weight at Xmas, they must be going senile as I've actually put on 8kgs in that time. :shock:

just a reminder the final weigh in is tomorrow 31/12/2007

this will be your starting weight for 2008.
for those who want to join all you need to do is give us a starting weight by the end of 1/1/08.
after that you weigh in on the last day of each month.
if you wish you can post any ideas of weight loss, recipes or any health issues that may help everyone.
this is not a competition but the oppourtunity to do something for yourself.


i wish everyone who signs up a healthy 2008 :lol:

Just want to wish you guys good luck with your efforts for the year ahead.

This site might help inspire a few to cut down on the fast food. It was mentioned today on 5aa and it tells you the nutritional figures for various fast foods...brace yourselves for a possible shock.

final weigh in for me is 106kg. :oops:
still not bad considering i was 120kg in 2006 :shock:
would like to be magpie in the 80's in 08' :roll:
which i only need to lose 17kg to get to 89kg :wink:

Right SJABC is in...Have just weighed myself sans clothes and I come in at a not respectable
102 kg...

Ideal weight is about 85 kg :oops:

When I finished work to take up home duties I weighed in at 97 kg so only put on 5 kg sitting
around home looking after kids and eating leftover donuts etc etc in 7 months.

New Years come on down....

Can put me in for the coming year, won't be on line tomorrow (sleeping after working all night) so at the minute I tip the scales at a 104kg, am aiming to get 14kg off somehow :wink:

New Year weigh in at 122.8kg..not a good result and starting to have knee soreness again so the exercise will go from minimal to less then minimal
