94.0 kg today

However my Mid Abdominal skinfold has gone down from 38.0 to 34.0. Basically riding from Sheidow Park to Glenside four mornings a week and back three nights a week. Other night catch the train and ride from Hallett Cove. So I think my increase is due more to an increase in muscle mass whilst I have lost fat.

Energy output has increased so I think to lose mass I have to decrease the energy consumption - will eb ahrd witht eh christmas party season about to commnece!!!
