I changed jobs and after leaving my last job to my current job i put on 14KG's i went from 77 to 91 i am now down to 81 KG's and that is in 6 weeks and alot of walking. Eating right and cutting back on beer has helped also.

g'day MIC

this has carried on from last years 3 month weight loss challenge to xmas. only difference is that we weigh in on the last day of the month rather than every week last year.
all you do is give us your starting weight and then weigh in at the end of the month. go about your routine of healthy eating and exercise. any tips on how to lose weight or what your doing over the month post it here.

regards M80'S

OK, I'm at 103 very unfit kilograms.

M80s --- can we drop the 84 on my starting weight.
We had to buy a new weight measuring machine. Our old one was incorrect. Our new one is much more technologically up to date, hence I call it a weight measuring machine. lol
