Slowed down this month 98.8Kg [electronic scale registers in 0.2Kg steps]. Posting today because I probably won't have time Monday or Tuesday.

I have started my campaign today and will post a diary on my progress
with it some healthy weight losing tips and weight loss stratergies
By 01/09/07 in 12 weeks time I want to lose a minimum of 12 kilos[1 kilo per week]
I have researched a weight loss systematic approach and will diarise
in a post on a weekly basis

TARGET
110 = 98 by October 1st

SUPPLEMENTS
this is a list of supplements over the 3 months
VITB
VITC
FISH OIL TABLETS
HEALTHY HERBAL MIXTURES
TEAS[green,sage,fenugreek,chamomile,nettle]

OTHER
some appetite suppresants if required
GLUCOBALANCE[for sugar cravings]
HOMEOPATHIC CRAVING SPRAY[to supress junk food cravings]

STRATERGY
I wont record the above supplementation in the weekly diary.
The objectivity is to cleanse the body in a detoxifying manner
Make the body alkaline and eliminate most of the acidity in the body
Exercise excessively
Incorporate a 72/25% diet of good to bad intake of foods
Eat organic as much as possible


I will post the progress on a weekly basis

START 110-00
FINISH 108-50

loss of 1-5 kilos, but as Rod would say the first cut is the deepest
yeah the first week is easy

WEIGHT LOSS TIP

Drink lotsa Green Tea is supresses the appetite
Make sure you buy loose leaf organic green tea and use a plunger to make the cuppa
I get my Green Tea from the PERFECT CUP outlets who sell what I consider the best teas.

Still had a hot dog at the footy, and organic pizza last night
Its imperative to keep up 75/25 otherwise its boring and at times depressing

98.6kg - slooowww but steady I guess. But at that rate I'm 68 months off my target weight..
Perhaps I should retire and take up full time exercise instead of being desk-bound!

g'day MIC

this has carried on from last years 3 month weight loss challenge to xmas. only difference is that we weigh in on the last day of the month rather than every week last year.
all you do is give us your starting weight and then weigh in at the end of the month. go about your routine of healthy eating and exercise. any tips on how to lose weight or what your doing over the month post it here.
