I'm going through a very gruelling pre-season at Fitzroy, followed by an intense weights session; any weight gain for me is muscle mass!

As predicted a diet of crap and lots of beer and carbonated spirits has stuffed me up.
Couldn't go for a run today either - too hot and still too drained from three days of continual partying!

Back to it tomorrow!!!!!

Having started a new job, (where I actually work!) I have dropped 3 kg's in a week.Had plonked a couple on over Xmas and holidays so now at 106.3. :oops:
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

Went to the doctors the this afternoon just for catch up to see how i'am going on th CAVEMAN DIET. I told evrything is goim ok execpt that i shouldn't be going for pickup's like lollies in the afternoon He think that i coild be under 100kgs within two years :)

thiele can you tell us some things about the caveman diet. what are you allowed to eat and what your not.

i lost 20kg's in 3 months BUT i did cut out all the lollies chips pies pasties biscuits and soft drink.

plenty of fruit and veges and fish. i also walked every day. start off around 1k and increase after each week or if you are feeling good :D

Like i have Fruche for breakfast and for morning tea friut and youghat with the CAVEMAN diet i have drop 10kgs in two months i started it in november last year
