Im still fat :oops:
Im gunna start my Australia day to April fools day fitness campaign.
Thats 9 weeks
Im 104 kilomals
I kilo a week = 95 kilomals

Actually Im not overweight Im just short for my weight.
If I was 8 foot tall Id be OK.

good luck mal.....
anyone heard of transfat..... some type of fat in foods that they try to hide,..... can anyone tell me what its all about????????????

I've dropped to 83 kilos in the past two weeks.

Have minimised my meals - no longer is my plate full when I eat. More salads.
Still eating some carbs - potatoes or garlic bread with dinner, but smaller serves.

Also drinking a protein powder drink (for health reasons other than weight) and it seems to be helping to. Drink 20 minutes before a meal - and I ain't so hungry then.

Those charity boxes in the kitchen at work are being ignored too.

Had three beers in two weeks. The challenge comes this Friday (Oz Day) and Sunday (soccer final/bbq) when the beers are well and truly there to be had!

Keep plugging guys. Thiele - I envy you those walks on the beach.

Oh yeah - added a new exercise to my regime tonight.

it's called carry bike home over hilly route as I copped a puncture at the bottom of a hill two kays from home :oops:

Hence new age explosions of Diabetes and Obesity.

Punk... MT weighed in after a visit to Hanson Rd..... was a bit lighter!!!!!
Weigh in in a couple of days any one got any predictions..... AG hasnt done to bad after a bad couple of weeks over Xmas/newyear.....

2 fillet burger combo's for $10 ...good value scoob...... had a twister combo for tea as well .
The size of the fillet in the burgers are getting smaller each time.... KFC need to look at it.....
what about their boneless pieces.....ripoff!!!!

4km run MT..... I'll order the taxi!!!!

Im going OK Grib still under 120kg's....been on the exrcise bike tonight for 20.....I lost about 3 kg's after that NBL game a couple of weeks ago from pacing around the house!!!
