Last year did the ride averaging 19 kph average, got it up over 22 kph this year so getting better slowly. really enjoyed that ride, not too tough and not too hot.

Went for a recovery ride of 50kms yesterday, good to get the legs moving again, last few times Ive done these rides I havent got back on the bike for a fortnight or so, want to keep going this time.
