98.3 :?
Although, I have started a weights program & could expect to be putting weight on- the difference is, I'll be losing it the right places & gaining it in the right places. Did a 45 min group session on the bikes at the gym last night, I will try to do 2 of those per week, on top of my 3 weights sessions.

Hoping for a loss of a kilo or 2.

MAL i see you lost 600gms last week. i lost that just opening and closing the fridge for the week. start walking and the weight just melts off. healthy eating and walking is all ive done and you know what ive lost and i do drink a bottle of red a week and a couple of beers. i also had pizza last 2 saturdays home made of course on pita bread. i started 1st week walking 2km a day, 2nd week 3km a day ,3rd week 5km a day and now last 3 weeks i walk 8km a day minimum and sometimes twice on sat and sun. this only takes just over the hour. was walking a km in 11 minutes when 120kg now walk them in 8km. brisk to power walking. at the moment you owe the M@M foundation $2.80 chicken feed donation. should raise it to $5 a kilo if everyone was SERIOUS. that would total to a minimum $50 a person(lose 10kg) times the 20 in it a minimum total of $1000 for the kids. at the moment at a $1 we will be donating so far $37.30 whoppee doo!!!!

I buy the ground dried leaf green tea from the Perfect Cup outlets, their brands
are supposed to be chemical free.
I make up cups through a plunger.
Those teas are sugar free, add honey to sweeten if necessary.
Green Tea is full of powerful antioxidants , good for fighting Cancer
Other benefits, lowers Cholesterol, prevents gum disease.

Its use in weight loss is good as its bolsters your bodys metabolism, and
therefore is a good fat burner.
You can buy Green Tea bags but take care that the bags are not bleached as
there is a chemical process involved in bleaching.

I am going to drink plenty of Green Tea until xmas.
MT79 sees me with my flask of Green Tea at the dogs on Wednesdays.

DUTCHY Iced TEa ? Check out the sugar content if you can.

We should all incorporate Green Tea for weight loss and for health.

See how your clothes are fitting Punky. The gym does add weight because of muscle. So the best thing to do in that case is to measure by belt loops.

Myself and AG have started jogging! Cant believe it, the last time i saw AG jog he was 15 years old. If you see two fat blokes jogging thru the parklands its not John Candy and chris farley back from the dead its just me and the grub.
